During peak seasons or special promotions, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (for single item orders) or discussed directly for wholesale custom orders.


Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on your location:

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

Wholesale orders may have a slightly longer delivery timeframe depending on quantity and packaging requirements.


Order Tracking

Packaging

All jewellery is securely packaged to protect it during transit.
Wholesale orders are packed in bulk packaging suitable for business inventory.


Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you with a resolution.

For bulk/wholesale orders, we will confirm:
